During my recent stay at Thermal Saray Hotel & Spa Yalova, I appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, particularly Abdulraheem and Mohammed Ali, who were exceptionally accommodating to my family. The spacious suite we received, complete with a balcony and a mountain view, created a relaxing atmosphere for us to unwind after exploring the nearby thermal waters. Although the room could benefit from a refresh, the exquisite massages in the hotel's spa truly stood out, thanks to the professionalism of the masseurs, especially Wicky, who provided one of the best experiences I have ever had.
